NCC is a professional search firm founded in 1984 to fill the needs of the corporate community. We specialize in both contingency and retained searches. We serve national and international clients. Offices: We have four offices to serve you. For service to Northern California, we have an office located in the San Francisco bay area. For Southern California, our corporate office is in beautiful Santa Barbara and we have branch offices in Ventura and Westlake Village. This enables us to provide service from the Bay Area through the Tri-Counties to the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Each office has top-notch recruiters or "Head Hunters", which recruit nationwide. Each recruiter specializes in a particular field, so the candidates they refer to you are sure to meet our stringent top 20% requisite.

Memberships: Our best success comes from the people we place, who have been targeted as the best in their fields. They become key to the success of our client companies. Our network of thousands of top people in the industry allows us to find candidates quickly. This allows us to expand our candidate database in helping you with your employment needs. Additionally, we hold memberships and affiliations with many recruiting agencies and networks. We belong to NPA, a consortium of 400 recruiting companies in the United States and Canada. We are also a member of the Recruiter's On-line Network. Additionally, we are a part of the Nationwide Interchange Service, and became a charter member of their Recruiters Exchange Program.

We know how to listen to your needs, prepare your position descriptions and offer letters, and target the best candidates for your company. The best candidates are already working and are not generally looking for a career change. Our professional recruiters locate those hidden prospects. We conduct extensive background and reference checks of candidates via their peers as well as present and past employers. We pre-screen prospects with face-to-face interviews. This means bringing the candidate to us, or our recruiters to the candidate.
